Eduard Uspenskywrote the series of humorous stories about “Prostokvashino” village,written in the genre of narrative or fairy tale.

Main characters:

UncleFedor is the boy who loves animals. Hewas not allowed to keep pets at home, so he went to the village. UncleFedor thinks like an adult and he is quite responsible, so thats why he iscalled Uncle. Animals for him are not just pets, but the realfriends. Theboy is very independent, he runs the house in the “Prostokvashino”village together with his friends.


CatMatroskin is a very smart cat, he likes teaching everyone. It is striped, so his name isMatroskin, because of comparison with sailors t-shirt. Thecat is very economical and practical, it can sew and keep costs, he cares for acow Murka. It storesthe hay and food for the winter. Matroskinis always looking for profit in anything.

Dog Sharik is avery hardworking dog. Hewas homeless, like a cat, while uncle Fyodor took him to live with him. Sharikis not in very good terms with the cat (almost like cat and dog), but they havebecome friends. Helikes to hunt.

PostmanPechkin is a local postman of the “Prostokvashino” village. IgorIvanovich Pechkin is not so harmful as we used to think. He is following therules of principle. Infact, Pechkin is a good man, a lonely one, but he is always ready to help. His passion is his bicycle.

Daw-baby isthe smallest and cheerful character. Birdyname is Galchonok or Hvatayka. Catand dog taught him to ask: “Whos there?” He likes to repeat thewords.


Parents (Mom and Dad) Fathers name is Dima. He is cheerful, he likes to make fun. He is a real family man. He likes fixing his car. Moms name is Rimma. Shes strict, but atthe same time she is very careful. She is a singer, very absorbedin her vocation.

Дядя Федор мальчик, который очень любит животных. Ему неразрешили держать питомцев дома, поэтому он уезжает в деревню. Дядя Федорсчитает себя взрослым и ответственным, поэтому и называют его Дядя. Для негоживотные не просто питомцы, а настоящие друзья. Мальчик очень самостоятельный,вместе со своими друзьями он ведет хозяйство в деревне Простоквашино.

Кот Матроскин очень умный кот, он всех поучает. Онполосатый, поэтому зовут его Матроскин. Кот очень хозяйственный, практичный, онможет шить, вести расходы, ухаживать за коровой Муркой. Он запасает сено ипродукты на зиму. Во всем кот ищет выгоду.

Пес Шарик очень трудолюбивая собака. Он был бездомным, каки кот, пока Дядя Федор не взял его к себе жить. Шарик не очень ладил с котом(почти как кошка с собакой), но все же они подружились. Ему очень нравитсяохотиться.

Почтальон Печкин местный почтальон из деревни Простоквашино.Игорь Иванович Печкин не столько вредный, как мы привыкли считать. Он следует правилам своих принципов. На самом деле, Печкин добрый мужчина, одинокий, но всегда готовприйти на помощь. Его страсть велосипед.

I’m mad about comics and movies based on fantastic stories about superheroes, mutants and other fictional extraordinary characters with super-powers. My favorite one is Batman. This character is a member of DC and he could be found in a plenty of cartoons, comics and video games.

Batman is a nickname of a rich orphan Bruce Wayne who lost his parents when he was a kid - they were gunned down within sight of a small boy (Bruce). This moment changed a lot in his life. He inherited big money, family business and lived in a big house with a family butler, Albert. But Bruce didn’t become an ordinary man, but a billionaire industrialist and a well-known playboy with secrets. He decided to be the greatest weapon against crime and save lives of ordinary people.

Unlike most of Marvel and DC superheroes Batman has no such unusual skills and super-powers as super-strength, super-speed, flight, invulnerability, x-ray vision, self-healing, etc. Although, he is the most featured superhero of all, because he’s a brilliant detective, a talented jack-of-all-trades, who’s mastered fighting aircrafts. Batman has created his own Batarangs, Batmobile and Utility Belt filled with different types of weapon. He’s always five steps ahead of his foes. Batman is the main protector of Gotham City, dressed like a bat.

I suppose that all Batman movies have become a part of classical cinematography. My favorite one is The Dark Knight with Christian Bale. Now I’m waiting with impatience for a new movie Batman vs. Superman with Ben Affleck.

In my opinion, Batman is the obvious proof you don’t need any super-powers to protect somebody and become somebody’s personal hero. He shows people, that the world is our oyster and everybody could change it.

Я без ума от комиксов, фантастических фильмов о супергероях, мутантах и прочих вымышленных необычных персонажей, наделенных супер-способностями. Мой самый любимый из них - Бэтмен. Этого героя, персонажа вселенной DC, можно увидеть во множестве мультфильмов, комиксов и видеоигр.

Бэтмен - прозвище богатого сироты Брюса Уэйна, потерявшего родителей, будучи еще ребенком - их застрелили на глазах у маленького мальчика (Брюса). Это изменило многое в его жизни. Он получил в наследство много денег, семейный бизнес и жил в большом доме с дворецким, Альбертом. Но Брюс стал не обыкновенным человеком, а магнатом-миллиардером и известным плейбоем со своими секретами. Он решил стать величайшим борцом с преступностью и спасать жизни обычных людей.

В отличие от большинства супергероев вселенных Marvel и DC, у Бэтмена нет таких необычных навыков и супер-способностей как суперсила, суперскорость, левитация, неуязвимость, регенерация и т.д. Однако Бэтмен имеет наиболее мощное техническое оснащение по сравнению с другими героями, так как он - потрясающий детектив, мастер на все руки, изобретающий летательные аппараты. Он создал Бэтаранги, Бэтмобиль и пояс, оснащенный разнообразными орудиями. Он всегда на пять шагов опережает своих врагов. Бэтмен - главный защитник города Готэм в костюме летучей мыши.

Мне кажется, что все фильмы про Бэтмена уже стали классикой мирового кинематографа. Мой любимый - Темный рыцарь с Кристианом Бейлом. Сейчас я с нетерпением жду новый фильм Бэтмен против Супермена с Беном Аффлеком.

По-моему, Бэтмен - очевидное доказательство того, что не нужно иметь каких либо суперспособностей для того чтобы защитить кого-то и стать для кого-то личным героем . Он показывает людям, что все находится в их руках, и каждый может изменить мир.

Топик My Favourite Cartoon is Just You Wait!

My name is Andrew. I’m twelve years old. I’ve been fond of cartoons from the very childhood and I still like watching some of them. I think, cartoons entertain us and keep us busy for some time, which is good for our parents. My parents also like cartoons. They sometimes watch them with me.

My favourite cartoon is “Just You Wait!”. It’s not too childish, so people of all ages can watch it. The main characters of this cartoon are the hare and the wolf. Each time wolf sees hare, he tries to catch him, but unsuccessfully. Hare is small, smart. He gets away with any prank.

The reason, why I like this cartoon more than others, is its kind and funny plot. Each time I watch it, it makes me smile and laugh, so good mood for the day is provided. When I was younger, I also watched “Just You Wait!”. Knowing that I’m fond of this cartoon, my mum often bought me various thematic items. For example, a plate or a T-shirt with Just You Wait! picture.

I can’t say I liked wolf’s character more than hare’s, or vice versa. I liked both these characters, as they were good in their own way. Wolf often gets in stupid situations while chasing a tricky hare and that makes me feel sorry for him. Hare’s mission is not to get caught, because if he does, the wolf will probably eat him. So, when I watch the series of this cartoon, I worry about both characters at the same extent.

I’m sure I’m not the only child, who likes “Just You Wait!”. across the world watch this cartoon. Due to its popularity, it has been translated into many languages.

Меня зовут Андей. Мне 12 лет. Я люблю мультфильмы с самого детства, и я все еще смотрю некоторые из них. Я думаю, что мультфильмы развлекают и занимают нас на некоторое время, и это полезно для наших родителей. Мои родители также любят мультфильмы. Они иногда смотрят их вместе со мной.

Мой любимый мультфильм - «Ну, погоди!». Он не только детский, так что люди всех возрастов могут его смотреть. Главные герои этого мультфильма: заяц и волк. Каждый раз, когда заяц видит волка, он пытается поймать его, но безуспешно. Заяц - маленький, хитрый. Ему сходит с рук любая шалость.

Причина, по которой я люблю этот мультфильм больше остальных, кроется в добром и веселом сюжете. Каждый раз, когда я смотрю его, он заставляет меня улыбаться и смеяться, так что хорошее настроение на весь день обеспечено. Когда я был помладше, я также смотрел «Ну, погоди!». Зная, как я люблю этот мультфильм, моя мама часто покупала мне различные тематические предметы. Например, тарелку или футболку с рисунком зайца и волка.

Я не могу сказать, что люблю персонаж волка больше, чем зайца, или наоборот. Мне нравятся оба этих персонажа, так как они оба по-своему хороши. Волк часто попадает в глупые ситуации, преследуя хитрого зайца, и в такие моменты мне жаль его. Миссия зайца в том, чтобы не попасться, потому что если он это сделает, волк, скорее всего, его съест. Так что, когда я смотрю серии этого мультфильма, я переживаю об обоих персонажах в равной степени.

Я уверен, что я не единственный ребенок, который любит «Ну, погоди!». Миллионы детей во всем мире смотрят этот мультфильм. Благодаря своей популярности, он был переведен на многие языки.

Урок английского языка в 3 классе

Тема: Описание героев сказок

Тип урока: Урок «открытия» нового знания

Вид урока: комбинированный урок (традиционный с элементами мультимедийного урока)

УМК : “English Starlight III” by Virginia Evans-Jenny Dooley, Ksenia Baranova- Victoria Kopylova, Radislav Millrood; “Goldilocks and three bears” based on a traditional folk tale.

Технологии: использование ИКТ в обучении иностранному языку, коммуникативное обучение иностранному языку, здоровьесберегающие технологии, СДП.

Цели урока:

Образовательные:

- закрепление фонетических, лексических и грамматических навыков;

- расширение понятийной базы по теме «Внешность и характер сказочных героев»;

- расширение общего и филологического кругозора учащихся.

Развивающие:

- развитие коммуникативных навыков через разнообразные виды речевой деятельности (монологическая, вопросо-ответная)

- развитие умения анализировать, сопоставлять, сравнивать, обобщать познавательные объекты, делать выводы;

- формирование самостоятельной познавательной деятельности;

- развитие умений осуществлять рефлексивную деятельность.

Ход урока:

T : Посмотрите на экран. Что вы видите? –What can you see ?

S : Bear , castle , golden fish , wolf , …(примечание: дети называют на английском или русском языках, учитель помогает перевести)

T : Well done ! Как вы думаете, откуда они?

S : Из сказок, из книг.

T : Yes , FAIRY TALES

Как рассказать английским друзьям о сказках, о героях книг? Умеете? НАУЧИМСЯ!

Do you like fairy tales? What fairy tales do you know?

Учащиеся отвечают на английском или русском языке.

Учитель показывает аутентичные книги сказок с яркими иллюстрациями. Учащиеся угадывают сказку и главного персонажа, а учитель произносит по-английски. Дети повторяют.

2. Повторение знакомого лексического материала (слайд 2)- 2 минуты

T : Read the sentences . (прим.: предложения появляются по одному, учащиеся читают вслух по очереди) Who is it ?

S : It ’s Shrek .

Появляется изображение Шрека

3. Активизация лексики/грамматики (прилагательные, конструкции He / She is, He / She has got ) (слайд 2-4)- 10 минут

T : Какие слова-описания мы можем найти в этом тексте?

S: Big, kind, small, funny, green, fat

T: Well done! Do you know any other adjectives?

Учащиеся называют, учитель записывает на доске, напоминая известные им слова, необходимые для дальнейшего хода урока. (Примерныйсписокслов: clever, funny, tall, short, big, small, strong, kind, fat, rich, brave, angry, nice, old, new, pretty, famous,..)

На экране появляются прилагательные и изображения сказочных героев. Учащиеся находят те слова, которые не были записаны на доске.

b) * Приложение 1

T : А теперь каждый из вас получит небольшой текст с описанием какого-то знакомого вам героя. Ваша задача: прочитать текст про себя и угадать героя.

(Учитель выдает тексты, всего пять текстов)

1) She is a beautiful girl. She is slim. She has got dark hair and lovely eyes. She wears a long blue and yellow dress. She is very kind and has a lot of friends. She lives in the forest. (Snow White)

2) She is pretty. She has got fair hair and beautiful lips. She is slim and wears a long blue dress. She is kind and not lazy. She can do everything about the house and she can dance well. (Cinderella)

3) He is very funny and brave. He is poor. He has got a long nose and big eyes. He is wooden. He wears a yellow hat, a yellow T-shirt, red shorts and red shoes. (Pinocchio)

4) He is very funny but not very clever. He is yellow and fat with a big tummy. He is kind and he has got a lot of friends. He wears a small red T-shirt. He likes honey. (Winnie-the- Pooh)

5) She is very angry and strong. She is tall, slim and ugly. She wears a blue and black dress and a crown. She doesn’t smile. She lives in a castle. (Angry Queen)

Учащиеся читают 2 мин.

Слайд 4: Появляются герои один за одним. Учащиеся должны узнать героя, описание которого они прочитали, зачитать описание вслух. Все внимательно слушают друг друга.

T : Right you are ! Вы молодцы, хорошо знаете сказочных персонажей.

4. Активизация грамматики ( конструкции He/She is, He/She has got) ( слайд 4)- 3 минуты

Как мы строим предложения, чтобы сказать, какой герой?

S: He is… She is… He has got… She has got … (учитель записывает грамматические структуры на доске)

А теперь попробуем без листочков описать этих героев, используя слова с доски.

Учащиеся составляют по предложению описания героев.

5. Знакомство с новым материалом (слайд 5)- 2 минуты

Сегодня мы подробно поговорим об одной из сказок. (Учитель показывает обложку книги – слайд 5)

S: « Машаимедведи»

6. Физкультминутка ( слайд 5) - 2 минуты

7. Описание героев сказки (слайд 6) - 5 минуты

T : Look at the screen . Here you can see the heroes of the fairy tale. Let ’s describe them .

Учитель выдает печатный вариант сказки каждому учащемуся. Они читают про себя, ищут и подчеркивают новые прилагательные.

Учитель выдает небольшой текст (на основе прочитанной сказки) с пропущенными словами. Учащиеся должны заполнить пропуски и сдать учителю на проверку.

S1: Gulliver is very tall.

S2: He is kind.

S3: He is great and strong.

S4: He has got long legs and big feet.

S5: He has got long hair.

10. Подведение итогов урока и рефлексия (слайд 8)- 3 минуты

T : Чему мы сегодня с вами научились?

S : Научились описывать сказочных героев.

S 2: Узнали новые слова для описания героев.

Дома нарисуйте любимого сказочного героя и подготовьте описание его внешности и характера, не забудьте про слова, которые мы использовали сегодня на уроке.

Goldilocks & the Three Bears

Once upon a time, there are three bears that live in a little house right in the middle of the forest. There is great big Father Bear, and medium-sized Mother Bear, and little tiny Baby Bear.

One morning, Mother Bear makes a big pot of porridge and puts it into three bowls for breakfast. But the porridge is too hot to eat.

“We go for our early morning walk,” says Father Bear. “When we come back, it will be just right.”

So they go into the forest.

Nearby there lives a very naughty, playful little girl . She is called Goldilocks because she has long, golden hair . That morning, as she is passing the three bears’ house, Goldilocks sees that the front door is open. “I’ll just have a little peep (подгляну ) inside,” she says to herself.

When she sees the porridge, naughty Goldilocks wants to taste it. “I am very hungry ,” she says. But the porridge in Father Bear’s big bowl is still too hot. And the porridge in Mother Bear’s medium-sized bowl is lumpy (комочками ). At last Goldilocks tries Baby Bear’s porridge. It is just right, so she eats it all up!

After that, Goldilocks decides that she would like to sit down. But Father Bear’s big chair is much too high .

Next she sits in Mother Bear’s medium-sized chair . “This one is much too hard !” she says.

At last she finds Baby Bear’s tiny chair . It isn’t too high. It isn’t too hard. It is just right!

Goldilocks leans back (отклонилась ) happily in Baby Bear’s chair. But she is too heavy for it. With a creak and a crack, the chair falls to pieces. Bump! Goldilocks lands on the floor.

“Well, really!” she says angrily. “I have a shock, I want to lie down.”

So Goldilocks goes upstairs. She tries Father Bear’s big bed, but that is too hard . And Mother Bear’s medium-sized bed is too soft !

“Now this is comfortable ,” sighs Goldilocks, settling into Baby Bear’s little bed . And she falls fast asleep (уснула )!

Soon the three bears arrive home from their walk.

“I’m ready for my breakfast right now,” says Father Bear. But when he gets to the table he cries out in surprise, “Someone’s been eating my porridge!”

“And someone’s been eating my porridge,” says Mother Bear. “I wonder why they don’t like it?”

“They like mine!” cries Baby Bear, holding his empty bowl . “Someone’s been eating my porridge, and they eat it all up!”

“Look!” says Father Bear. “Someone’s been sitting in my chair!”

“And someone’s been sitting in my chair,” says Mother Bear.

“Someone’s been sitting in my chair,” sobs poor little Baby Bear, “and they break it to pieces!”

The three bears begin to search the house. Upstairs, Father Bear looks around. “Someone’s been sleeping in my bed!” he says.

“And someone’s been sleeping in my bed.” cried Mother Bear.

“Oh!” cries Baby Bear. “Someone’s been sleeping in bed and she’s still here !”

At the sound of Baby Bear’s voice, Goldilocks wakes up . The first thing she sees is Father Bear, looking very angry .

Goldilocks jumps up in fright. She runs down the stairs and out of the house as fast as she can.

“I don’t think she’ll trouble (побеспокоит ) us again,” says Father Bear, smiling. And she never does.

Do you like our lesson?

One of my favourite Disney cartoon films is “Finding Nemo”. I’m sure that all the kids have seen this sweet movie. I saw it for the first time when I was 6 years old and that was the only cartoon which I wanted to watch every day. So I can say that I grew up with this amazing story.

“Finding Nemo” is a cartoon movie with a breathtaking plot and the splendid animation from Pixar studio. It makes me laugh and cry. Some scenes are frightening and sad, the others are funny and very educational.

“Finding Nemo” is a heart-warming story of father and son clownfish who lived in their beautiful coral home but one day were separated by a diver. Nemo was taken across the ocean and placed in an aquarium tank at the dentist’s office. So his brave and loving father, Marlin starts his adventurous journey to find and rescue the missing son.

The underwater world of Australia’s Great Barrier Reef is really amazing and full of funny characters: vegetarian sharks, hungry seagulls, sea turtles, jellyfish and a forgetful blue tang fish Dora. I learnt a lot of interesting facts about different sea creatures and the life in the ocean from this cartoon.

I’ve seen the movie countless times and I always watch it again when they show it on TV. I’m sure I’ll never be too old to enjoy it because the main message of “Finding Nemo”, to my mind, is that your family and friendship will always help you overcome all problems. Besides, this is the best father-and-son animated story for me.
